It depends on the floors you choose. A tool decision can take a couple of weeks; a full build, from discovery to training, runs over a few months. We agree a realistic range at the start and stay flexible as we learn more about your business.
We work to a plan. Discovery comes first and runs on a fixed budget: workshops and mapping exactly what you need. Everything we capture there is then priced on your needs and the volume of work, and you decide what goes ahead. Anything beyond the agreed plan is optional.
